2. We offer online and in person consulting services, which users may schedule and pay for through our platform. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Users must register for an account by providing accurate, complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of being used in violation of these terms.

4. Users may be required to provide financial information to make payments for services. We process transactions securely and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Services can be cancelled by the user within a specified timeframe before the consultation is rendered for a full refund, as detailed in our cancellation policy. After the consultation is in progress or completed no refunds will be issued.

6. Users agree not to engage in unlawful activities, hate speech, bullying, unauthorized promotions, plagiarism, or spam. We may take action against accounts that violate these rules, up to and including termination.

7. The content provided through Holo Werkz Personal Assistant is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not use the content except as permitted under these terms.

8. We are not liable for any errors in information, website downtime, or other service interruptions. Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of our service.

9. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. These terms shall be governed by the laws of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
